Cancellation / Refund Policies

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are at the sole discretion of GIRI and are processed only after one-to-one email communication with the customer.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued. Orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered.

Partial Cancellation

Partial cancellation of an order is not allowed.

Processing Time

Once a cancellation request is submitted, it may take 1–2 business days to cancel the order and 3–4 business days to initiate the refund.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued only through bank deposit to an Indian nationalized bank account, regardless of the original mode of payment.

Important Notes:

  1. Refund for delivered products includes only the product value. Shipping and payment gateway charges are not refundable.
  2. Refund after dispatch but before delivery includes only the product value. Shipping and payment gateway charges are not refundable.
  3. Refund before dispatch includes product value, shipping charges, and payment gateway charges.

Damages & Claims

GIRI is not responsible for damages that occur during transit due to external handling. Damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered, and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

Returns Process

A complete unboxing video is mandatory when raising a return request. Failure to provide this video may result in the request being rejected.

Non-Entertainment of Returns

GIRI does not accept returns in general; however, replacement requests are accepted based on eligibility.

Replacement Policy

Requests for replacement must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the product.
