Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are at the sole discretion of GIRI and will be processed only after one-to-one email communication with the customer who placed the order on our website.
Offers, discounts, special packs, shipping times, processing times, and products displayed on www.giri.in apply only to orders placed and paid for online and are not valid at our retail outlets.
You can cancel your order online within 24 hours of placing it. Your full order amount will be refunded. However, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

Once your cancellation request is submitted, it will take 1–2 business days to process, and 3–4 business days to initiate your refund. You'll receive an email notification. The refund will be initiated once we receive the returned item from the courier.
Refunds will be processed only after email communication. Refunds will be transferred to an Indian nationalised bank account, even if the payment was made from outside India via CCAvenue or PayPal.

GIRI follows strict packaging and shipping guidelines. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transit or due to mishandling beyond our control.
Damages due to misuse, improper application, or negligence are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Customers must record a video while unpacking the shipment to validate any damage claim. Without this video, return requests may be rejected.
Since GIRI manufactures and warehouses its own products, we cannot accept returns like other marketplaces. However, replacements are accepted.
A request for replacement must be raised within 10 days from receipt of goods.
